Comprehensive Medical Evaluation for Commercial Drivers

If you need a Department of Transportation (DOT) medical examination, give us a call. We have all the necessary forms that are required. All you need is to bring your driver's license and be prepared for the urine test (drink plenty of water before you come to avoid any delays). Be sure to wear comfortable clothes.

DOT Physical Examination Process and Certification Steps

Our doctor will perform the examination according to federal regulations, including

  • Health History

  • Vision check

  • Height and weight measurements

  • Blood pressure and pulse check

  • Urine Analysis

  • Physical examination

If you pass the exam, we will issue your Medical Examiner's Certificate right away. Insurance does not cover this service, but we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
